Shipping policy


For shipment we work together with PostNL. Together we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. This is often already within 1 working day, if you order before 8.30 pm, your order is often delivered the next day! If you have not yet received your order after 4 days, contact our customer service.

Your order can be delivered to your home or at a different address (for example your work). We request a contribution to the shipping costs of € 5.95 per order. For shipping to Belgium and Germany, the shipping costs amount to € 8.95.

Delivery via PostNL
PostNL delivers your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and the time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home at the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in the letterbox. It states at which PostNL service point you can pick up the package. You have three weeks to pick up the package otherwise the package will be returned.

Pick up at a PostNL post office
You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to one of the 2700 collection points at PostNL. You decide where your package will be delivered and when you will pick it up. There is always a PostNL location in your area. You can pick up the package within two weeks, after which the package will be returned.


After receiving your products you have 14 days to make a message if you want to return the products. For this ours cancellation form Download and print. If you have reported that you want to return the products, they should be sent back to within 14 days

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, they can only be accepted unopened and in undamaged condition (possible seal in tact). If you have damaged products during use, we can charge this.

The purchase amount will be reimbursed as soon as possible but at the latest within 14 days after withdrawal.
